Along with this, a dozen zonal and block officers are being constructed with Rs 30 crore 74 lakh. The department has also issued a tender for the arrangements for housing for the employees. According to Rakesh Ranjan, the Executive Engineer of the Building Division, “Tender has been issued for the construction of Block cum Zonal Office. Housing will also be constructed for the Block Development Officer and Zonal Officer. Housing will also be constructed for employees at some places.”
Land Acquisition for Bhagalpur Interstate Bus Stand
The land acquisition process for the construction of a new Bhagalpur interstate bus stand. Revenue Mauja-Agarpur/77, Account Number-1230, and another Khasra Number-43, and another area of ​​15 acres, five decimals are proposed in Goradih. Among these, the government land is 4.47 acres, and the rayati land area is 10.58 acres. The Urban Development and Housing Department has allocated Rs 11 crore 66 lakh 36 thousand for the acquisition of Rayati land. Bhagalpur Municipal Corporation’s Municipal Commissioner has instructions to transfer the amount via bank transfer to the District Land Acquisition Officer. The Zonal Officer of Goradih has direction to provide the requisition for land acquisition and free inter-departmental land transfer of government land to the officer.

Block And Zonal Office Construction in Goradih
Along with the Bhagalpur interstate bus stand, a dozen block cum zonal offices will also be constructed. Simultaneously, housing for the block development officer, zonal officer, and zonal workers will be built.
The land has been demanded from the Goradih circle officer several times; however, the land for block and zonal offices is yet to be found. After receiving the land, the tender will be adopted, and following that, the construction work will commence. The Bhagalpur Building Construction Department has started the work. The tender has been issued by the Executive Engineer of the Building Division for the construction of Nathnagar, Goradih, Narayanpur, and Ismailpur block cum zonal office and residential complex. The office building and residential complex will have to be ready in 15 months. Considering the approved model, the administratively approved payment of Rs 30 crore 74 lakh 17 thousand per block has been received. The site map and boundary of the construction site were required for the architectural map.

New Residential Complexes
The Executive Engineer of the Building Division, Rakesh Ranjan has written a letter to the concerned Circle Officer regarding the construction of residential complexes along with block cum circle offices. The locations are Pirpainti, Bihpur, Shahkund, Kahalgaon, Sabour, Navgachhiya, Sanhaula, Gora Dih, Nath Nagar, Narayanpur and Ismailpur.
The administrative approval has been received of Rs 16 crore 62 lakh 10 thousand per block on the basis of the estimate model for the construction of new offices due to unrepairable buildings at Bihpur, Kahalgaon, Pirpainti, Shahkund, Navgachiya, Sabour, and Sanhaula. The construction work will commence after receiving the survey map and boundaries from the zone.
From now onwards, the block and circle employees will have to reside in their respective headquarters. Currently, most of the employees live in their homes; due to this, they reach both office and home late. There will be separate apartment-type housing for third-class employees and fourth-class employees.
